If the school should need to close unexpectedly, we aim to provide a continued learning experience. Here, you will find everything you need to keep up with your schoolwork.

It is essential that you check that you can access Satchel: One and MS Teams so that you do not miss any remote learning set.

How will work be set:
In the event of a sudden forced closure students in Year 7, 8 and 9 will complete work set by their teachers via the homework app Satchel: One. Students in years 10, 11, 12 and 13 will log into Microsoft Teams to attend live online lessons according to their usual timetable, with the exception of Core PE, form time and reading ready.

What work will be set:
Years 7, 8 and 9 will have a range of work set for each lesson of the day in each subject apart from Core PE. The work set will fall in line with the current teaching plans, so it is essential that all students access this and complete the work. Work may include information videos to watch or powerpoints to read followed by a written activity or quiz. Work may be written on paper, photographed then uploaded to Satchel:One, or typed, saved and also uploaded to Satchel:One.
Years 10, 11, 12 and 13 will log in to MS Teams at the scheduled lesson time via the MS Teams Calendar.

How do I access the work or lessons:
Below you can see links that take you to either a video instruction clip or an instruction manual. Please use which ever instructions you find easiest. You also have access to a document with links to all websites your teachers may use as well as a frequently asked questions guide.
