Homework is a vital part of a students academic development. It is proven that the impact of completing all home study is on average 5+ months additional progress.
Homework is set every week in the core subjects and fortnightly in all other non-core subjects.
To support students and parents in keeping up with all homework set and managing time effectively West Derby School has subscribed to the Satchel:One platform.
Teachers upload students’ homework, set the start and end dates. Parents and students can access the calendar which details all homeworks, click on each homework for further details such as worksheets, quizzes and where and how to submit the homework.
